Dr. J. (Jelly) Zuidersma
Summary of research
Since December 2019 Jelly Zuidersma works as professor of Applied Sciences at the Hanze and head of the Professorship of Applied Sciences “Reciprocity in Learning networks”, a department of the Centre of Talent and Learning. The research group is multidisciplinary and affiliated with SCOOP (two PhD-projects) and Network ZON, a network organization in the North of the Netherlands of five education organizations, since 1997. The research projects focus on the conditions for reciprocity to optimizing innovative, multidisciplinary learning networks involving knowledge institutions, employment organizations, businesses, and government agencies. Knowledge, attitudes, and skills promote reciprocity among members of multidisciplinary learning network and how reciprocity can be optimized in learning networks to maximize and sustain the innovative power of those networks. Recently, she funded two innovative research projects, NWA-routes, Resilient Societies, “Burgers Organisaties Instituties Netwerken (B.O.I.N)” and NWO Research programme, Human Capital Learning communities (KIC), “Reciprocal Patterns for Health”.
