We would like to offer our warmest congratulations to SCOOP Fellow Jojanneke van der Toorn, who has been awarded a Mid-Career Award by the European Association of Social Psychology (EASP).
The award is presented to researchers who not only excel in their academic work, but also have made a significant contribution to the development of others and the discipline as a whole.
Van der Toorn is Professor of LGBTIQ+ Workplace Inclusion at Leiden University and Associate Professor of Social and Organisational Psychology at the University of Utrecht. The judges decided that her work has contributed to a better understanding of how inequality within organisations and societies arises and is perpetuated.
