SCOOP is proud to announce that PhD researcher Sofie Wiersma has successfully completed her dissertation, which she will be defending on 2 June, 2025.
Her dissertation, “Imprints at Work: How the Pasts of Organizations and Leaders Shape Workplace Precarity and Inequality" studies why organizations adapt flexible employment practices across different national and industrial contexts, and how the use of flexible employment impacts workplace cooperation and performance.
