Neda Aramipour is a postdoctoral researcher in the SCOOP program at the University of Groningen, specializing in social innovation, vicious cycles, and network governance. Her work addresses complex societal challenges by applying interdisciplinary approaches, including Action Research and System Dynamics Thinking. She not only diagnoses the underlying dynamics of societal issues but also designs targeted interventions to break negative cycles. This collaborative methodology actively engages stakeholders in problem-solving, ensuring that interventions are contextually relevant and sustainable in the long run. Driven by a commitment to addressing wicked problems, particularly in the context of Iran, Neda examines how vicious cycles sustain persistent social issues and explores systemic interventions that can disrupt these patterns. She integrates theoretical insights with real-world applications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop strategic pathways for sustainable cooperation and meaningful social transformation.
