SCOOP fellow, Katharine Frederick, awarded Keetje Hodshon price

We are very proud to announce that SCOOP fellow, Katharine Frederick, has been awarded the Keetje Hodshon price in recognition of her doctoral research in the field of historical sciences:
"Deindustrialization in East Africa: Textile Production in an Era of Globalization and Colonization, c. 1830-1940."

The Keetje Hodshon price is awarded annually by the Royal Holland Society of Sciences (Koninklijke Hollandsche Maatschappij der Wetenschappen, in Dutch) to one researcher in recognition of innovative research in the field of humanities.

The awards ceremony will take place on the 7 of July, in the Royal Holland Society of Sciences (KHMW) Hodshon huis, in Haarlem, The Netherlands.
