SCOOP is proud to announce that PhD researcher Chenhao Zhou has sucessfully completed her dissertation, which she will be defending on September 24th, 2026.
Her dissertation, "Heteroprofessionalism at Work: Understanding and Addressing Barriers to LGB+ Inclusion" investigates why minority employees may have a harder time building and maintaing mutual support with their co-workers.
