Upcoming event: Organizational Leadership: Key to DEI Success?
On Friday 16 May, several SCOOP colleagues shall be presenting at Organizational Leadership: Key to DEI Success?: A Stakeholder Event by the Interuniversity Network on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Utrecht University.
Presenters include SCOOP PhD students Sören Tumeltshammer and Georgios Michelakis, Board Member Prof. Naomi Ellemers, and Fellows Dr. Zoltán Lippényi, Prof. Marieke van den Brink, and Prof. Jojanneke van der Toorn.

Join us for an insightful event exploring the crucial role of organizational leadership in driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) success. This year, we collaborate with the NWO research project Beyond Boardrooms and the Goldschmeding Foundation research project Het Moet Wel Werken. Impact Maken op de D&I Praktijk to bring together leading academics and practitioners.
What to Expect:
- Presentations on cutting-edge research into leadership diversity (demographics, experience, leadership styles, etc.).
- Discussions on how policy influences leadership diversity and its role in promoting inclusive workplaces.
- Insights into how leadership impacts the implementation and effectiveness of DEI policies.
- A unique opportunity to connect with researchers, policymakers, and industry professionals for meaningful discussions and collaborations.
