Project title: Women Who Work and Men Who Care

Melissa Vink is a PhD candidate at the department Social, Health and Organizational Psychology. Her research focuses on how men and women can cooperate sustainably at work and at home. She investigates the effects of non-traditional couples (i.e., couples in which women have relatively higher status than their male partner) on work- and relational outcomes. Her research has a multidisciplinary approach, she combines both psychological and sociological research.
